IGP is based on intuitive work flow processes which map each step within a service to ensure that all required contact, forms and follow-ups are driven through a central process, allowing for the highest levels of customer service across all regions.
Brookfield GRS leverages our self-service tool, ReloAccess.com as a regular option for all of our clients and their transferring employees with 24/7 access to up-to-date information that can answer many frequently asked questions and enables our clients and their employees real time access to their own password-protected virtual relocation center. A Personal Page is created for each customer that allows secure posting of documents that pertain to each individual such as assignment letter, home sale related documents and compensation balance sheet.
